Delivery of Goods

Wherever possible we operate a local free delivery service. In order to continue this process, our delivery driver usually operates alone, so we always appreciate our customers arranging for someone able-bodied to assist the driver with very heavy or large items. If this is not possible please inform us so that we can send a second person to assist when necessary.

Do not expect our delivery drivers to carry your goods upstairs or to places requiring negotiation of difficult passageways and obsticles, please plan beforehand so that there is space allocated in a downstairs room, hallway or garage. This will not only ensure the safety of our staff, but will make sure that your order will be undamaged and recieve the careful handling it deserves.
